After having my second son Milo, I really needed something for my piece of mind but easy to use. Having a newborn is scary and comes with its challenges and let’s be honest, the safety of our little one was the main priority. 

I have been looking at the Lollipop camera for a while and decided to give it a try. I have been using the Lollipop baby monitor for a few weeks now and I have been truly impress by how easy it is to use and by the quality, here are my favorite things about it:

1- My son still sleeps in a bassinet next to our bed at night, but I am also trying to have him take naps in his nursery for an easier transition later on when he will spend the nights in his room. So buying two cameras was not an option. The best think about the Lollipop baby monitor is that I just have to unplug it and set it anywhere I need to. 

You have the possibility to hang it on the wall or with its bendy leg you just wrap it around the crib, or whatever surface you need, to get a good view of baby (best feature in my opinion). If you don’t have anywhere to wrap it around or hang it, you can twist the leg to form a little stand, and here you go, ready to watch baby while he naps! And the best part is that it does not disconnect from the wifi when you change its location in the house. You just plug it back in and you’re all set. 

2- The quality of the screen, is just unbeatable. You simply watch baby from the app on your phone and it is just the best quality I have seen in a baby monitor. You can zoom in and out and the quality is still there. If baby is moving and I am not sure he is awake just yet, I can quickly zoom in and see for myself, almost just as well as if I was in the room physically checking on him. 

3- Then let’s add on the way it looks. I like the fact that you have a few different color options. It is simple, sleek, pretty and does not look bulky in a room compared to some other brands I have had in the past. I am all about cute decors in my house, and this is one of the only baby monitor that does not ruin the style of my son’s nursery. 

4- It also works as a sound machine. If baby can’t fall asleep there is a few lullabies options and a few sounds options to help baby, which I think is pretty cool, especially that you can manage it all from your phone, so you can raise/lower the volume as you please, and if needed you can also speak to baby. 

I am just super happy with this camera and I just love its simplicity, efficiency and practicality, especially if you need a camera that moves around the house with baby.
